wHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
OURS aims to ensure full customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.
We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you.
Please note:
• U.S. customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
• Store credit will be issued for the retail price of item(s) purchased.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
Please contact us at contact@oursthebrand.com regarding any damaged or defective products within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by photos.
WILL ITEMS SOLD OUT BE RESTOCKED?
Our one-off collections are exclusive and limited edition. Restocks are available on a first come first serve basis and are dependent on product availability. To receive a notification about a restock visit the product page and select the “Notify Me” button to receive email updates.
